Data Analyst

QUALIFICATIONS :

1. Candidate must be a college graduate.

2. At least 3 to 5 years of experience in data science or data engineering.

3. Has digital skills, problem-solving skills, and business awareness.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

1. Collect and process data from various sources, including VMS, GoCanvas, manual reports, and internal databases.

2. Clean, validate, and transform raw data into usable formats for reporting and analysis.

3. Collaborate with the Data Team Lead and the MIS department to support ad hoc data requests and ongoing report needs.

4. Document data definitions, report logic, and processes for internal consistency and training purposes.

5. Ensure data accuracy and flag anomalies or inconsistencies for resolution.

6. Stay updated on analytics tools, methods, and best practices to continuously improve analysis quality.
