Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead the company’s marketing and brand strategy. This role is responsible for formulating and executing comprehensive marketing plans that align with the company’s strategic goals, overseeing all marketing functions, and driving brand growth and market impact. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership capabilities, proven performance in digital and offline marketing, and the ability to work cross-functionally across business units.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in the development of the company’s overall strategic plan and take full ownership of the marketing and branding strategy, planning, budgeting, and execution.
  • Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies, oversee external brand communications, and manage integrated marketing campaigns from planning to performance evaluation.
  • Design and refine marketing strategies that align with business objectives, balancing company resources with market demands to effectively communicate the value of the company and its products.
  • Leverage strong media relations and crisis management skills to manage and proactively handle media communications and reputational risks.
  • Define the company’s market positioning and ensure clear communication of marketing goals across departments; maintain close coordination with product or operations teams.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging business models, and competitor strategies; regularly provide market forecasts and insights to support business planning and strategic decisions.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a CMO or equivalent leadership role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field;
  • At least 10 years of verifiable experience in digital and / or performance marketing, particularly within multinational corporations, gaming or igaming industry, or e-commerce businesses.
  • Deep knowledge of performance marketing channels and tools, including SEM, UAC, GDN, Social Media.
  • Exceptional planning, organizational, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Professional in English; proficiency in Tagalog or familiarity with Filipino cultural nuances is a plus.
