This is a remote position.

Schedule :   20 hours per week, 4 hours daily Monday to Friday  10 AM - 2 PM US Eastern Time

Job Description :   You’ll architect and implement the automation backbone that powers a scaling digital marketing operation. This role offers the perfect blend of technical problem-solving and strategic thinking, where your automation expertise directly enables business growth. You’ll work independently on high-impact projects, designing workflows that eliminate manual tasks and create seamless experiences for both the team and their prospects.

Responsibilities :

• Design and implement automation workflows using Zapier, Make, and similar platforms
• Build integrations between sales, marketing, and CRM systems to streamline data flow
• Support lead generation process automation and prospect nurturing sequences
• Troubleshoot and optimize existing automation workflows for maximum efficiency
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify new automation opportunities
• Create documentation and training materials for automated processes
• Monitor automation performance and make data-driven improvements
• Integrate various marketing and sales tools through automation platforms
