Job Requirements :
Bachelors degree in any related field.
At least 2 years of experience in Sales admin.
Experience with an ERP (QuickBooks, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, etc.) is a plus.
Amendable to work as soon as possible.
Amendable to attend Face to Face interview.
Job Responsibilities :
Respond to customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
Process product returns, warranty claims, and repair orders.
Work with technical, logistics, and sales teams to resolve customer issues effectively.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions and service activities in a CRM or other system.
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved and they are satisfied with the service.
