About the Role We’re seeking a Lead Multimedia Designer to provide creative direction, manage a design team, and deliver high-quality multimedia content across multiple platforms. - Lead, mentor, and manage a team of multimedia designers.
- Provide creative direction and strategy for campaigns, pitches, and client presentations.
- Oversee design workflows from concept to execution, ensuring timely and high-quality output.
- Guide brand identity execution, visual storytelling, and multimedia asset production.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design strategies with business objectives.
- Review and approve creative outputs to maintain consistency and excellence.
- Stay updated on design, media, and marketing trends, ensuring team knowledge growth. Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in multimedia design, with strong hands-on creative expertise.
- Proven team management and leadership experience.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator – non-negotiable; After Effects, Premiere Pro, Canva – plus).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, multimedia design, and campaign execution.
- Experience handling multiple projects for high-profile brands.
- Skilled in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and collaboration tools (Google Drive, ClickUp).
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
