Job Overview :
We’re looking for an experienced Meta Media Buyer with 5+ years of hands-on experience scaling e-commerce brands, specifically in the beauty industry. You should be confident in managing $20K+ / day in ad spend, know how to scale campaigns fast, and thrive in high-performance, test-and-iterate environments.
Bonus if you’ve worked with fast-moving DTC beauty brands and understand what makes paid social truly convert.
Responsibilities :
- Strategically plan, launch, and scale Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns for beauty and e-comm offers
- Manage daily budgets, pacing, creative rotation, and testing pipelines to meet aggressive growth KPIs
- Collaborate with creative teams and UGC partners to craft compelling hooks, angles, and offers
- Analyze and interpret campaign performance metrics (CAC, ROAS, CTR,LTV) to drive optimization decisions
- Run ongoing A / B testing across ads, copy, and landing pages to improve performance
- Build performance dashboards and reporting frameworks to track real-time results
