Job Summary :

The Equipment Maintenance Specialist is responsible for ensuring that all production and facility equipment operate efficiently safely and reliably. This role focuses on performing preventive corrective and predictive maintenance analyzing equipment performance and implementing improvements to minimize downtime and optimize productivity.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment tools and Maintenance systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical electrical pneumatic and hydraulic equipment issues.
• Support and execute equipment calibration installation and modification as required.
• Conduct equipment condition monitoring and recommend predictive maintenance actions.
• Ensure maintenance activities comply with safety standards (LOTO PPE 5S) and company policies.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs records and reports in the CMMS.
• Coordinate with production and engineering teams to schedule and plan maintenance work without disrupting operations.
• Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective / preventive measures for recurring equipment issues.
• Recommend spare parts and tools needed for maintenance activities and support inventory management.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability performance and lifespan.
• Provide technical support during machine buy-off testing and qualification.
