Job Overview :

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Non-Voice Agent / Sales Team Member to manage and optimize our Amazon store. The role involves handling product listings, monitoring account health, analyzing sales performance, and ensuring compliance with Amazon policies to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage and optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, keywords, images).

Monitor and maintain Amazon account health (feedback, performance metrics, policy compliance).

Handle product uploads, inventory tracking, and pricing adjustments.

Run and optimize Amazon PPC (Pay-Per-Click) campaigns to increase visibility and sales.

Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities.

Respond to customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure positive customer experience.

Generate reports on sales, traffic, and advertising performance.

Coordinate with the operations, marketing, and logistics teams for smooth order fulfillment.
