Core responsibilities :

Customer engagement : Greet customers, answer questions about products and services, and provide knowledgeable assistance throughout the buying process.

Sales : Help customers find specific items, recommend products, process sales at the point-of-sale (POS) system, and handle returns and exchanges.

Store maintenance : Keep the sales floor clean and organized, restock shelves with new inventory, and help create displays.

Inventory management : Assist with checking and maintaining inventory levels and receiving new stock.

Teamwork and goals : Collaborate with other team members to meet sales targets and stay informed about promotions and special offers.
