Job description

Salary : P70,000 to P 90,000 (Monthly Package)

Schedule : Monday – Friday (6 : 00 AM - 3 : 00 PM PHT)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required :

  • Proven experience as an Estimator within construction painting industry preferred.
  • Experience in developing cost estimates based on sales staff information and tender document requirements.
  • Ability to analyze information about a project and understanding of various painting methodologies.
  • Able to read architectural plans, blue printers and technical documents.
  • Skills with Digital estimating tools (eg BlueBeam, iTwo CostX, PlanSwift)
  • Proficient in location software (eg. Google Earth, Near Maps)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office skills, primarily Excel and Word

What will you do?

  • Collaborate with sales team to understand potential projects
  • Analyze drawings and specifications to create cost estimates
  • Determine labor, materials, and time requirements
  • Use mathematical equations to calculate quantity of materials
  • Present estimates to sales and management
  • Identify hazards and safety measures for painting projects
  • Provide accurate measurements and estimates for each project
  • Work with manager to meet deadlines
