Role Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement process automations using Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power Platform technologies.
• Integrate automation workflows with SQL Server, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, Azure services, and other enterprise systems.
• Collaborate with client business teams to identify automation opportunities and define functional and technical requirements.
• Work alongside clients and the Customer Science team to deliver scalable, maintainable, and secure automation solutions aligned with best practices.
• Develop, test, and deploy Power Automate flows, Power Apps, and related components, ensuring quality and performance standards are met.
• Create custom connectors, leverage APIs, and manage data models within Dataverse and SQL Server environments.
• Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and optimisation of automations and integrations.
• Prepare and deliver solution demonstrations, documentation, and user training.
• Provide ongoing support for deployed automations, managing enhancements and change requests through formal change control processes.
• Apply business process improvement and data management principles to ensure automation adds measurable business value.
• Identify risks in new or modified processes and recommend appropriate controls.

Requirements

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Strong oral and written communication skills (fluency in English is mandatory; a second language is advantageous).
• Eligibility to pass a background check.

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in Microsoft Power Automate and Power Platform development.
• Strong understanding of SQL Server, including stored procedures, queries, and data integration.
• Familiarity with Power Apps, Power BI, and Azure Logic Apps is highly regarded.
• Experience integrating Power Platform solutions with other enterprise systems via APIs, web services, or connectors.
• Understanding of RPA, AI Builder, and Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) concepts is advantageous.
• Solid analytical, problem-solving, and process mapping skills.
• Effective time management and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in software development (.NET, C#, Python, or similar) desirable but not essential.
