The Affiliate and Influencer Marketing Manager will be responsible for strategizing, implementing, and
optimizing influencer collaborations and affiliate partnerships. This role will directly manage the Influencer
Marketing Specialist and Affiliate Marketing Specialist to execute campaigns that drive engagement,
conversions, and customer loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
Influencer Partnership Management
- Identify, build and grow long-term partnerships with influencers, UGC creators and key opinion
leaders (KOLs) that support brand positioning and drive sales.
Plan and execute influencer-driven product launches, events, and promotions to boost brandvisibility.
Ensure right communication between the brand and KOLs, Influencers and Affiliates.Manage marketing campaigns, including TikTok affiliates and the Goal Getter community, tostrengthen brand engagement and loyalty.
Affiliate Program Growth
Scale the affiliate network to increase revenue through performance-driven partnerships.Team Leadership
Guide and support the Influencer and Affiliate Specialists to achieve individual and team KPIs.Market Trend Monitoring & Insights
Continuously monitor influencer marketing and social media trends to keep strategies fresh andcompetitive.
Stay updated on the latest brand activations and initiatives of leading beauty brand both local andinternational.
Performance Analysis & Reporting
Track and analyze campaign performance (engagement, reach, ROI) and provide data-drivenrecommendations for improvement.
Provide weekly reports to the head of Marketing on ongoing tasks and suggest Influencer andAffiliate strategies based on the latest trends.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or arelated field.
2-3 years of experience in Influencer / Affiliate Marketing, administration, or marketing support roles,preferably in the beauty, fashion, or lifestyle industries.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.Passion for beauty and cosmetics with an understanding of industry trends.
