What You’ll Do :
Streamline & Strengthen Operations
- Audit current processes and introduce improvements in student handling, instructor scheduling, and back‑office operations
- Develop SOPs and manuals that support replication across multiple branches
- Implement systems that ensure consistency, quality, and accountability across the organization
Nationwide Growth & Rollout
Lead expansion planning and execution for new sites — logistics, staffing, permits, and setupWork with the co‑ops manager to map out a 3‑year roadmap for national scaleEnsure each new branch reflects the brand’s standards and service excellencePeople & Culture Leadership
Train and oversee teams across multiple locationsIntroduce performance tracking systems and staff development processesHelp build a company culture rooted in professionalism, pride, and continuous improvementStrategic Execution
Work hand‑in‑hand with ownership and the co‑operations managerSupport key decisions around pricing, marketing, partnerships, and market entryHelp introduce tech platforms for bookings, CRM, or LMS if neededWhat We’re Looking For :
Key Essential Experience (must‑have) :
Experience managing multi‑branch operations across different locationsProven track record in opening new branches , including site selection, setup, and launch planningStrong understanding of location‑based strategy (e.g., traffic flow, community presence, competition mapping)Familiarity with permits, compliance , and local government processes for business expansionAbility to develop and implement systems that scale , such as SOPs, training modules, and performance tracking toolsExperience collaborating with or reporting directly to ownership or executive teams during expansion5+ years in operations leadership within a franchise, multi‑site service business, or training / education‑related company (experience in a driving school is a plus but not essential )Proven experience scaling operations or opening multiple branchesDemonstrated ability to identify strong expansion locations and lead the opening processHands‑on and proactive — not afraid to roll up your sleevesStrong leadership and team‑building skillsFamiliar with process creation, KPIs, and quality controlExperience working with government permits or education standards (LTO familiarity is a plus)What We Offer :
