Opportunity Overview

Teradyneis looking for a highly-motivated, energetic, technically driven Facilities/EHS Engineer to focus on ensuring that all applicable environment, health and safety rules and regulation are complied.

• Ensures company's compliance to applicable environment, health and safety rules and regulations
• Identifies health and safety hazards and environmental aspects and recommends controls based on sound engineering principles and compliance obligations.
• Initiates, maintains and continually improves environment, health and safety related standard operating procedures.
• Intensifies worker's engagement in environment, health and safety through trainings, orientations and other means of communications.
• Provides leadership in the implementation of the company’s efforts; to plan, implement and supervise the onsite corporate safety program and ensure compliance with the company philosophy.
• Develops and leads the Emergency Response Teams (ERTs) and EHS Coordinators.
• Provides expert technical advice to the organization on environment, health and safety subject matter.
• Supervises repair and preventive maintenance of facilities equipment related to health, safety and environment controls.

• An Engineering degree graduate, with a 2-4 years of related work experience.
• Preferably with Pollution Control Officer (PCO) and at least Safety Officer 3 accreditation.
• Knowledgeable with ISO 9001,ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 Standards is an edge.
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Project and AUTOCAD is an advantage.
• Has Project Management skills.
• Has a good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Standout and highly-motivated individual.
• Can work with minimum to less supervision.
