KPay is seeking a highly experienced BPO Strategy Consultant to lead the full build‑out of our remote BPO operations in the Philippines. This senior contract role is responsible for designing the end‑to‑end BPO framework—including systems, workflows, operational structure, and foundational processes.
You will act as a strategic advisor and builder, establishing the infrastructure required to operate a high‑performance, fintech‑aligned BPO that supports KPAY’s long‑term growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop the complete BPO operating framework from the ground up.
- Design end‑to‑end workflows, SOPs, playbooks, and governance models .
- Recommend, evaluate, and guide implementation of :
CRM platforms
Dialers and communication toolsQA systemsWorkforce management toolsCreate org charts and staffing models , including job design and functional structures.Build operational processes aligned with fintech industry standards.Provide expert advice on optimizing remote operations, ensuring efficiency and scalability.Ensure compliance, security principles, and best practices relevant to digital payments and financial services.Work closely with KPAY leadership to align BPO operations with business goals.Qualifications
Extensive experience in BPO operations within the Philippines or APAC region.Proven track record of launching BPO operations from scratch .Strong background in process design, systems setup, and operational strategy .Experience in fintech or digital payments is highly preferred but not required.Deep knowledge of remote team operations and virtual BPO management.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at KPay Group by 2x.
