Job description

Qualifications :

  • Proven experience as a General Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, Virtual Admin or any similar administrative role
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Karbon CRM or similar CRMs
  • Proficient in using Xero for bookkeeping and invoicing tasks
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple inboxes and maintain professional email etiquette
  • Strong calendar management and scheduling skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Prior experience in supporting accounting, finance, or professional services firms is a plus
