Job description
Qualifications :
Proven experience as a General Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, Virtual Admin or any similar administrative role
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Karbon CRM or similar CRMs
Proficient in using Xero for bookkeeping and invoicing tasks
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to manage multiple inboxes and maintain professional email etiquette
Strong calendar management and scheduling skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Prior experience in supporting accounting, finance, or professional services firms is a plus
