We’re looking for an Email Marketing Manager (Lifecycle & Campaigns) to own the end-to-end execution of our email and SMS marketing programs. You’ll develop strategies, craft campaigns, and continuously optimize performance to drive revenue and retention for our growing DTC health brand.
This role is ideal for someone who blends creative storytelling with a data-driven mindset — someone who can write, design, and iterate based on insights, all while maintaining brand consistency and a deep understanding of our audience.

What You’ll Work On
Campaign Management
Plan, write, design, and deploy weekly email and SMS campaigns in KlaviyoEnsure all communications are clear, on-brand, and optimized for engagement and conversionsManage campaign calendars, align with launches and promotions, and handle segmentationLifecycle & Automation
Build and maintain automated flows to increase LTV, retention, and subscription adoptionContinuously refine lifecycle sequences to reflect customer behavior and insightsEnsure every touchpoint contributes to the overall customer journeyOptimization & Testing
Develop and execute A / B testing strategies for subject lines, creative, CTAs, and timingAnalyze campaign data to identify trends and improvement opportunitiesReport on key metrics such as open rate, CTR, CVR, unsubscribe rate, and revenue attributionMaintain strong email deliverability and domain healthCross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with the creative team to align messaging and visuals with brand toneWork with Growth and Product teams to incorporate audience insights and product updatesPresent findings and performance reports to leadership proactivelyWhat You Bring
3–5 years of experience in email and lifecycle marketing , ideally for a DTC brandProficiency in Klaviyo (or similar ESPs) and SMS platformsStrong copywriting skills with the ability to write engaging, conversion-focused contentBasic design proficiency in Figma, Canva, or Adobe Creative SuiteAnalytical mindset with experience running A / B tests and interpreting resultsDetail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable managing end-to-end campaign workflowsA self-starter with strong ownership and communication skillsNice to Have
