Job description

To overseeing and managing all operations related to the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods within the organization.

To ensures optimal stock levels, maintains accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies Ensure proper labeling and organization of goods within the storage areas.

Coordinate with suppliers for timely deliveries. Verify the quality and quantity of incoming shipments against purchase orders Use inventory management software to track and monitor stock levels.

Generate regular reports on inventory performance and operational efficiency Implement best practices for storage layout to optimize space and productivity and Implement procedures to safeguard stock against theft or damage

Ensure the store complies with health and safety regulaons and Identify trends or areas for improvement and suggest corrective measures

Required Skills

Proven experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or a similar role.
Strong leadership and team management skills. Proficiency in inventory management software and tools (e.g., SAP systems).
Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualification

Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management or Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
Any Bachelor Degree with relevant experience
