Overview
We are inviting experienced litigators to join our dispute resolution practice. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional legal acumen, manage complex caseloads with precision, and represent clients with professionalism in judicial and administrative proceedings.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and finalize pleadings, contracts, and other legal documents with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
- Conduct witness interviews and prepare witnesses for testimony in judicial proceedings.
- Liaise professionally with opposing counsel, court personnel, and clients to ensure seamless case progression.
- Adhere strictly to the firm’s established procedures, ethical standards, and operational protocols.
- Manage all facets of assigned cases, ensuring punctual and effective representation in court.
- Formulate strategic case plans and provide well-reasoned recommendations based on comprehensive case evaluations.
- Perform in-depth legal research and analysis to support case preparation and strategy development.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as directed by senior attorneys or partners to support the firm’s objectives.
Qualifications
Active membership in the Philippine Bar, in good standing.A minimum of three (3) years of litigation experience at a reputable law firm.Superior oral and written communication skills, with an exemplary command of the English language.Proven ability to manage complex caseloads independently while maintaining exceptional standards of quality and efficiency.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret intricate legal issues and apply relevant statutes and precedents.Proficiency in legal research platforms (e.g., LexisNexis, Westlaw) and Microsoft Office Suite.Seniority level
