As an Appointment Setter / Sales Consultant / Outbound Setter at Talent Outsourcing Channel Solutions', you will be playing a vital role in driving the company's sales and customer acquisition efforts. This full-time, office-based position in Davao City, Davao del Sur involves outbound calls to prospective clients, with the aim of booking appointments and generating new business opportunities for the organisation.

What you'll be doing

Making outbound calls to potential clients to introduce the company's services and offerings

Qualifying leads and booking appointments for the sales team

Providing excellent customer service and handling any inquiries or objections professionally

Maintaining detailed records of all calls and client interactions

Collaborating with the sales team to achieve individual and team targets

Continuously improving your sales and communication skills to enhance performance

What we're looking for

1+ years of experience in sales, telemarketing, lead generation, or customer service, preferably with U.S.-based clients or markets.

Proven success in cold calling, setting qualified appointments, or closing sales over the phone or online.

Comfortable making 50–100+ outbound calls per day to both warm and cold leads.

Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and actively listen.

Skilled in handling objections, qualifying prospects based on set criteria, and adapting to scripts across various industries.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient when facing rejection or high-pressure targets.

Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office).

Organized and efficient with strong time management and multitasking abilities.

Comfortable logging call details, updating lead information, and conducting follow-ups in a structured workflow.
