Senior Workday Human Capital Management Specialist

Qualifications :

Graduate of any Bachelor's degree
Has a minimum of 5 years hands-on work experience with Workday Human Capital Management
Demonstrated proficiency supporting various Workday modules including HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, and Performance Management
Advanced Workday Configuration Knowledge
Workday EIBs (Enterprise Interface Builder)
Workday Security, including the creation of security groups.
Workday Calculated Fields
Strong understanding of HR processes and policies
Experience with system configuration and implementation
Advanced Excel Skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with employees, vendors, and cross-functional teams
Strong organizational skills
Must be willing to work on a hybrid arrangement and night shift schedule

Responsibilities :

Configure, maintain, and optimize the Workday HCM system to support evolving business and HR needs.

Partner with HR, IT, and other stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate functional requirements into Workday configurations and enhancements.

Lead the implementation and rollout of new Workday modules, features, and system upgrades.

Monitor Workday system performance and proactively troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to minimize disruption.

Ensure system configurations and processes adhere to company HR policies, legal requirements, and compliance standards.

Develop, update, and manage comprehensive documentation for Workday configurations, workflows, and user procedures.

Conduct regular audits, validations, and system health checks to ensure data integrity and system accuracy.

Maintain and refine Workday business processes to improve efficiency and user experience.

Identify, design, and propose innovative solutions and process improvements leveraging Workday capabilities.

Create, prepare, and load EIBs (Enterprise Interface Builder) to perform bulk data uploads and updates efficiently.

Design and execute thorough test scripts for new Workday functionality, system changes, and process optimizations to ensure quality and accuracy prior to deployment.
