Position : Operations Manager – Vendor Master Data & Operational Purchasing

Company Industry : Shared Services

Work Location : Taguig City

Work Schedule : 2x a week onsite

Salary : Php 120,000 to Php130,000

Work Set Up : Hybrid Setup

JOB REQUIREMENTS :

✨ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field

✨ At least 2to 3 years of experience in end-to-end (E2E) procurement expertise

✨ At least 2 years in a Vendor Master Management

✨ Willing to manage operations across multiple time zones

✨ Willing to work in Taguig City

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

✨ Oversee and guide the companies procure to pay team.

✨ Make sure to conform to organizational standards and industry best practices.

✨ Keep an eye out for the P2P cycle's possible operational and financial hazards.

✨Oversee the training initiatives and inform participants of any modifications to the business.

✨ Make sure to monitor supplier relationships and make sure service level is met.

✨ Cooperate with procurement, finance, and payment teams to resolve discrepancies and optimize processes.
