The Role

We’re looking for a Cold Email Marketing Specialist based in (or connected to) the Philippines. The ideal candidate will have experience in outreach, prospecting, and managing cold email campaigns that generate high-quality leads for B2B clients and partnerships.

What You’ll Do

Build and manage cold email campaigns from strategy to execution.

Identify and segment prospect lists to reach the right decision-makers.

Write and test personalized email sequences to improve open and response rates.

Monitor deliverability, domain health, and performance metrics.

Manage inbox replies, nurture leads, and coordinate handovers to sales or account teams.

Continuously analyze campaign results to optimize performance and conversions.

Requirements

2–4 years of experience in cold email marketing, outreach, or lead generation.

Strong understanding of email deliverability, copywriting, and personalization techniques.

Experience with cold email tools (e.g., Instantly, Lemlist, Smartlead, or similar).

Excellent written English and attention to detail.

Proactive, data-driven, and comfortable working independently.

Familiarity with influencer or digital marketing industries is a plus.
