We are hiring Customer Service Representatives for our Healthcare Account. This opportunity is ideal for college graduates (with or without experience) or college undergraduates (at least 2 years completed) with 6 months of BPO or customer service-related experience. Strong English communication and customer service skills are required.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide support for healthcare-related inquiries such as plan coverage, benefits, and claims.
- Communicate with clients via inbound calls, email, or chat depending on the assigned channel.
- Resolve concerns professionally and accurately document each interaction.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive health information and follow compliance standards.
- Deliver a high level of customer service while meeting performance metrics.
