Octal Philippines Inc. is looking for a dynamic HR and Admin Specialist who will play a pivotal role in enhancing our human resources processes while providing vital support for administrative functions. This position focuses on streamlining HR operations, managing recruitment, overseeing employee engagement initiatives, and ensuring our office environment runs smoothly. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to fostering a positive workplace culture and driving organizational effectiveness through exceptional HR practices.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting, and screening candidates, to onboarding new employees.
- Develop and implement employee engagement programs and activities that promote a positive workplace culture.
- Assist in the administration of employee benefits, ensuring that all programs are compliant with legal requirements.
- Oversee training and development initiatives, including the identification of training needs and tracking employee progress.
- Maintain accurate employee records, ensuring data integrity across all HR systems.
- Conduct regular HR audits to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Prepare regular reports on HR metrics for management review.
- Support administrative functions by managing office supplies, coordinating meetings, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Collaborate closely with management to assist in the implementation of HR strategies that align with business goals.
- Continuously improve HR processes via automation and technology solutions.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, orrelated field.Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment, engagement,or analytics.Strong analytical skillsExcellent in Oral and written communication skillsProficiency in Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and other HRIS applications.Knowledgeable in automation and / or AI toolsStrong interpersonal skillsPleasing personalityType of Skills and / or LICENSING / CERTIFICATION Required :Must be proficient in Google Workspace and / or MS Office.Familiarity with additional project management tools and various HRIS platforms, is avaluable advantage.Benefits
