Job descriptionProspecting : Identifying potential customers through market research, networking, and digital tools. Must know how to identify decision-makers, stakeholders and key officers to set meetings accordingly. Outreach : Executing cold calls, sending personalized emails, and utilizing platforms like LinkedIn Ensuring a steady sales pipeline for potential clients. Lead Qualification : Evaluating prospects based on interest and fit for the product / service. Attracts and converts potential customers into qualified leads, serving as a vital for marketing & sales. CRM Management : Maintaining accurate, up-to-date data in Sales Call Report in any CRM tools. Nurturing : Moving prospects through the sales funnel via consistent, value-driven communication. Nurturing leads to help grow sales revenue . Communication : CRM platform, VoIP systems, Gmail / Outlook, email automation tools.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or lead generation (typically 1+ years).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and proficiency in spreadsheets (Excel / Google Sheets).
