To support strategic manufacturing initiatives, the Assembly Engineering department requires an entry-level engineer to be onboarded in Q1'26. This role is aligned with critical projects (qualification of HDLF at AMLD013) that directly impact quality, productivity, and cost.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Support project-specific initiatives such as mold equipment migration, process optimization, and automation implementation.
- Create, analyze, and review technical charts.
- Assist in equipment qualification, tooling characterization, and documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sustaining engineering, quality, and production.
- Analyze data and provide insights to improve process stability, productivity, and cost efficiency.
- Participate in continuous improvement and lean manufacturing activities
QUALIFICATION :
