We’re seeking a Fractional CFO who combines deep financial expertise with strategic vision. This role is ideal for a senior finance leader who thrives in dynamic, high-growth environments and can translate financial insights into actionable business strategy.
As a trusted partner to leadership, you’ll help strengthen financial discipline, improve profitability, and guide data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on — able to define long-term financial strategy while ensuring excellence in day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Financial Leadership
- Act as a strategic advisor to the CEO and executive team on growth, capital allocation, and overall business performance.
 - Develop and refine financial strategy, operating models, and long-range plans aligned with company goals.
 - Lead scenario modeling, forecasting, and strategic planning to support decision-making and risk management.
 - Identify and drive growth opportunities, margin expansion, and cost optimization initiatives.
 
Financial Operations & Oversight
Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow management with accuracy and timeliness.Implement strong financial controls, systems, and processes to support scalability and transparency.Manage and guide accounting, FP&A, and finance operations — whether internal or outsourced.Evaluate and optimize pricing strategies, capital structure, and funding requirements.Performance & Insights
Build and maintain dashboards and KPI frameworks to track financial performance and efficiency.Deliver clear, actionable financial insights to leadership and investors.Partner with department heads to align budgets, investments, and priorities with business outcomes.Capital & Growth Initiatives
Support fundraising, M&A, or investor relations, including financial modeling, due diligence, and deal structuring.Advise on capital deployment, strategic partnerships, and expansion initiatives.Qualifications
10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, including prior CFO or senior FP&A roles.Proven success supporting scaling businesses, startups, or mid-market firms (preferably across multiple sectors).Strong command of financial modeling, forecasting, and strategic planning.Experience with equity fundraising, debt financing, or M&A preferred.Hands‑on proficiency with accounting and BI tools (QuickBooks, NetSuite, Excel / Google Sheets, etc.).Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills — able to simplify complex financial data into clear, actionable insights.CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred but not required.#J-18808-Ljbffr
