This is a remote position.
Schedule :
- Agent 1 - Mon–Fri, 7 : 30 AM–5 : 00 PM EST (1-hour unpaid break)
- Agent 2 - evening and weekend calls
- Wed - Sun 5 pm - 2 am (1-hour unpaid break)
- Client Timezone : Eastern Standard Time
Scope :
Primary focus on inbound lead management and customer serviceNo direct sales closing responsibilities - focus on qualification and intake but sales experience is requiredMulti-channel communication management across various lead platformsIntegration with existing office team for call transfers and coordinationResponsibilities :
Take inbound customer and lead calls as the initial point of contactQualify leads and update customer records in CRM systemInput customer information and details into CRM accuratelyMonitor different online lead platforms for new opportunitiesRespond to potential customers via text and email communicationsAnswer basic questions that customers have about roofing servicesTransfer calls to appropriate departments and team members in the officeConduct follow-ups with prospects and existing customersServe as intake specialist for all customer inquiriesRequirements :
Customer service and Sales experience required for booking appointments and getting new clientsExcellent communication skills - less accent, close to neutral with good toneStrong communication skills for phone, text, and email interactionsExperience with CRM systems and data entryAbility to qualify leads and ask appropriate discovery questionsComfortable with multi-platform communication (phone, text, email)Basic sales aptitude helpful but not required for closingReliable internet connection and professional phone mannerCustomer service and Sales experience required for booking appointments and getting new clientsExcellent communication skills - less accent, close to neutral with good toneIndependent Contractor Perks
