Our client is a cutting-edge digital sales platform developed by its main creative agency. Purpose-built for the property development sector, our client enhances placemaking through immersive digital experiences. We craft visually dynamic and intuitive environments using CGI renders and imagery to showcase these developments in their best light. We’re looking for a highly creative and technically adept Graphic Designer / Animator to bring these environments to life.

As the Graphic Designer / Animator, you will play a key role in transforming client-supplied assets—including CGI renders, flythroughs, satellite imagery, and architectural plans—into engaging visual experiences. You’ll work closely with our creative team and developers to ensure assets are optimized for use within the client's interface.

What You’ll Do

You’ll be the kind of person who :

• Create dynamic visual assets (JPEG, MP4) from static renders, flythroughs, and architectural diagrams
• Animate scenes and elements to enhance user experience and visual storytelling
• Translate property layouts and plans into clear and captivating digital content
• Collaborate with UX designers and developers to ensure asset compatibility and cohesion
• Maintain high-quality output while working across multiple projects and deadlines
• Assist in developing and evolving the visual language of the client's platform

What You Bring We’re looking for someone who : Solid understanding of design principles (layout, typography, composition) Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, including : InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator High attention to detail and quality assurance Ability to take direction and apply feedback constructively Comfortable working within established brand / style guides Preferred Exposure to the property industry or architectural / engineering files. Ability to understand basic animations or dynamic content (though not required, adds value). Willingness to learn and scale up into more complex design tasks over time.
