Financial Planning Analyst

JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate and comprehensive reports covering financial and operating results to help shareholders and top management glean insights from the business and facilitate decision-making and forward planning.
• Coordinate with various business units to understand, document, and monitor the relevant drivers of the business .
• Review the accuracy and completeness of financial results.
• Analyze and organize financial or operational information into graphs, charts and tables for use by top management.
• Prepare presentations and written reports discussing financial and operating performance.
• Maintain records of financial information/analyses/trackers.
• Coordinate with various business units as part of the company’s target-setting exercises (budgeting and forecasting).
• Designing, developing and maintaining business case models, providing financial inputs for business case or analysis of strategic/operational initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business economics, or finance
• Open to fresh graduates
• Has strong attention to details/numbers
• Able to understand the overall business landscape
• Experience in retail, logistics, or ecommerce industries are a plus
• Willingness to show initiative and take ownership of job responsibilities
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and support special project needs simultaneously
• Knowledgeable in using MS Office (particularly Excel) or their equivalent Google applications (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
• Willing to work in a hybrid work environment (reporting to office at least once a week)
• Amenable to report to MCX E-Commerce Center, Muntinlupa, Metro Manila
