Key Responsibilities :
Assist walk-in and phone-in customers with inquiries, pricing, and parts availability.
Identify correct parts based on vehicle information, catalog, or customer requirements.
Provide product recommendations and explain part features and compatibility.
Process sales orders, invoices, and payments accurately.
Maintain proper display and organization of parts in the store or warehouse.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse or purchasing team for stock replenishment.
Prepare sales reports and ensure all transactions are properly documented.
Build and maintain good relationships with customers and suppliers.
Stay updated on new products, pricing, and promotions.
Support the sales team in achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
