Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst with a strong background in SQL, data visualization, and leadership to drive data-driven decision-making across multiple departments, including FMCG, Operations, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Experience. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience working with SQL and be proficient in Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, Tableau, or Power BI. This role requires strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication to translate complex data into meaningful insights for various business units.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis & Business Insights: Analyze and interpret large datasets to provide actionable insights that support business strategies across multiple departments.
- SQL Data Management: Write, optimize, and maintain SQL queries to extract and manipulate data efficiently.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work with teams from Sales, Operations, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Experience to understand data needs and create insightful reports.
- Data Visualization & Reporting: Build interactive dashboards and reports using Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, Tableau, or Power BI to communicate key business trends.
- Process Optimization & Automation: Identify inefficiencies in workflows and provide data-driven recommendations for process improvement.
- Lead role experience, with the ability to mentor and guide a team.
- Presentation & Communication: Effectively present data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring data-driven decisions are made at all levels.
- Predictive & Trend Analysis: Use historical data to identify patterns, forecast trends, and support strategic planning for business growth.
Qualifications & Experience:
- At least 3 years of experience (with Lead experience) in data analysis with hands-on experience in SQL.
- Strong knowledge of data visualization tools such as Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Experience working with multiple departments, including FMCG, Operations, Marketing, Finance, and Tech Department.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Leadership experience in guiding and mentoring junior analysts or leading analytics projects.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex data insights effectively.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to work onsite in Makati
