QUALIFICATIONS :
1. Must be a graduate of BS Accountancy
2. 1 year of relevant experience.
3. Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and other departments.
4. Experience with accounting software and spreadsheets.
5. Must possess analytical, mathematical, taxation, and accounting skills.
6. Must be keen on details, reports, and must be able to work with minimal supervision.
7. Have a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
1. Ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data entered into the general ledger.
2. Reconciling accounts to ensure balances are accurate and consistent.
3. Assisting with monthly and annual close processes, including preparing necessary adjustments and reconciliations.
4. Preparing and posting accurate journal entries to reflect financial transactions.
5. Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
6. Analyzing financial information to identify trends and potential issues.
7. Handle taxes and ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.
8. Handle additional duties and responsibilities that may be assigned.
