About the role
As the Sales Supervisor (Food & Chemical Products for Visayas) at Arvin International Marketing Inc., you will be responsible for leading the sales team and driving revenue growth for the company's food and chemical product lines in the Central Visayas region. This full-time position is an exciting opportunity to make a strategic impact in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
What you'll be doing
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for the Visayas region
Manage and mentor a team of Business Development Officers to maximize their performance and effectiveness
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners in the food and chemical industries
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement targeted promotional campaigns
Provide regular reports and forecasts on sales performance to senior management
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
What we're looking for
Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in the food or chemical industry
Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets and building successful sales teams
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills with a customer-centric approach
