Job descriptionRespond to customer inquiries via phone. chat, or email in a courteous and professional manner Assist with order placement, modifications, cancellations, returns and exchanges Guide customers through product selections, sizing, and fit using brand tools Promote and enroll customers in the member rewards program
Resolve complaints and service issues promptly and effectively
Accurately process payments, credits, and adjustments
Document customer interactions following company standards
Maintain knowledge of our current promotions, policies, and product lines."
"At least 1 year of CS / OE experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication
Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
