Full-Time, Monday to Friday (40 hours per week) 8 AM to 5 PM with 1 hour unpaid break
Scope
The Website UI / UX Developer will be responsible for creating high-quality, conversion-focused digital experiences that align with brand guidelines and business objectives. This role requires a strong balance of creativity and technical expertise, ensuring user-centered design while incorporating SEO best practices, accessibility standards, and performance optimization. The developer will collaborate closely with subject matter experts, marketing teams, analysts, and developers to deliver engaging designs that drive measurable results.
Responsibilities
User Research & Data Analysis
Review analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity) to identify user behavior insights
Translate data into actionable improvements for navigation, layout, and CTAs
Conduct competitor and brand analysis (e.g., Apple, Land Rover, JB Hi-Fi, Rolex) for design inspiration and differentiation
Wireframing & Mock-ups
Create high-fidelity wireframes and mock-ups for desktop and mobile
Maintain consistent design principles including hierarchy, spacing, and WCAG accessibility compliance
Document and communicate the rationale behind design decisions for developers and stakeholders
Design Execution
Develop conversion-focused landing pages with clear CTAs, calculators, and interactive features
Ensure mobile-first design scalability to desktop
Deliver pixel-perfect assets, specs, and prototypes to developers
SEO & Performance Awareness
Apply SEO fundamentals (heading structure, crawlable text, internal linking) to designs
Optimize assets and layouts for Core Web Vitals (compressed images, lightweight frameworks, fast load speeds)
Collaborate with marketing teams to align designs with SEO strategies and metadata placement
Collaboration & Communication
Work cross-functionally with SMEs, marketing, analysts, and developers to validate design solutions
Provide clear handovers with specs, assets, and guidelines
Balance user needs with business goals to deliver measurable outcomes
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience as a UI / UX Designer / Developer, ideally with large brand or high-traffic websites
Strong portfolio showcasing data-driven design decisions and conversion-focused projects
Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar)
Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional teams
Knowledge of HTML / CSS basics for effective developer collaboration (preferred)
Familiarity with SEO, accessibility standards (WCAG), and performance optimization techniques
Excellent communication skills to explain design rationale to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
