Payroll Specialist

What you'll do :

• Ensures accurate and timely release of final pay for separated employees in compliance with labor regulations.
• Responds to payroll-related inquiries, especially from newly hired employees across various projects, following each payroll cycle.
• Reviews and validates employee inputs such as attendance records and employment contracts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Assists in internal and external audits, including year-end, buyer audits, and audits from government agencies such as SSS and NSO.
• Prepares monthly payroll schedules, monitor payroll liabilities, and ensure timely government remittance reporting.
