Backoffice Warranty Administrator (For Pooling)

Location : Alabang (On-site), Muntinlupa City, Metro Manila, Philippines

Position Summary :

As a Warranty Administrator at Pinnacle Intelligence, you will play a critical role in ensuring warranty claims are processed accurately, efficiently, and in alignment with manufacturer guidelines. You'll be the bridge between service teams, manufacturers, and customers driving operational excellence and embodying our commitment to Accelerate with Precision. Key Responsibilities :

• Process and submit warranty claims to manufacturers and vendors with speed and accuracy, ensuring compliance with all required documentation.
• Review repair orders and service documentation to validate warranty eligibility and ensure proper coding.
• Communicate with service advisors and technicians to clarify claim details and resolve discrepancies.
• Track and follow up on claim approvals, denials, and payments, maintaining organized records and reporting trends.
• Collaborate with parts and service departments to ensure warranty parts are returned and documented per policy.
• Stay current with manufacturer warranty policies and updates, ensuring Pinnacle's operations remain aligned and agile.
• Identify process improvements that enhance claim turnaround and reduce rejections, demonstrating our drive to Shift into High Gear.
• Uphold ethical standards in all warranty-related interactions, fostering trust and transparency across teams.
