Opportunity Overview

As a Quality Inspector your roles and responsibilities includes but not limited to :

• Reading Work Instructions and specifications to ensure that operations meet production standards for incoming in-process and out going materials and products.
• Thorough inspections of incoming materials in-process production and finished products to ensure compliance with established quality standards and specifications.
• Use various tools and techniques including precision measurement instruments (e.g. calipers micrometers) to assess product dimensions tolerances and surface finishes.
• Recommending any necessary adjustments and changes to production processes
• Identify and document any defects non-conformities or deviations from quality standards.
• Removing products that dont meet production standards and recommending strategies to improve product quality
• Accepting or rejecting finished products / assemblies and discussing inspection results with the production team
• Prepare detailed reports on inspection results including non-conformance issues corrective actions taken and quality metrics.
