Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Branch / Sales Manager with a strong background in motorcycle and automotive / vehicle sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing branch operations, driving sales performance, managing the sales team, and ensuring excellent customer experience while achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage daily branch operations and overall sales performance

Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets

Develop and execute sales strategies for motorcycles and automotive products

Build and maintain strong customer and dealer relationships

Monitor inventory, pricing, and promotional activities

Prepare sales reports and ensure compliance with company policies

Minimum Requirements :

Minimum 3+ years of experience in motorcycle , automotive / vehicle sales, electronics, hardware supplies , appliances or has a sales network

Proven experience in a sales leadership or managerial role

Strong communication, negotiation, and team management skills

Results-driven with good business and market understanding
