JOB REQUIREMENT :

Bachelor's Degree Holder

at least 5 years of experience in Finance

Willing to work onsite in BGC, Taguig

Can start as soon as possible

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

1. In charge of creating a comprehensive budget management system and refining the project team's comprehensive budget management techniques.

2. In charge of coordinating the plans' preparation

3. In charge of overseeing the project team's overall budget management and routinely assessing the financial situation and budget execution.

4. Encourage the use of performance management for project teams. Oversee the group's tracking and early warning of the project team's overall performance assessment indicators, plan the project team's performance appraisal activity, and deconstruct and apply value-added and performance indicators for every department.

5. In charge of directing the distribution of resources, creating and carrying out strategies for efficiency enhancement, and carrying out specialized financial analysis.

6. Finish any other significant duties that have been approved and delegated by the leaders or the finance supervisor.
