About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Retail Manager to lead our retail operations for a high-performance, lifestyle-driven brand. This role is ideal for someone passionate about premium retail, customer experience, and inspiring teams to deliver results. You'll be in charge of overseeing day-to-day store performance, driving sales, and leading a team that reflects an active and aspirational lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily retail operations to ensure a smooth, customer-focused experience

• Lead and mentor store teams to uphold brand values and service excellence

• Develop and implement strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets

• Monitor inventory and collaborate with merchandising teams for stock accuracy and replenishment

• Analyze sales performance and identify opportunities for growth and improvement

• Ensure visual merchandising and store layout align with brand guidelines

• Organize and execute in-store events, campaigns, and activations to increase engagement

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years in a retail management role, preferably within premium sports, activewear, or lifestyle brands

• Proven ability to lead, train, and develop high-performing retail teams

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and leadership qualities

• Passion for outdoor sports such as cycling, running, or fitness is a plus

• Proficiency with retail systems and sales reporting tools
