CRM Marketing Specialist

About the Role :

We're looking for a passionate CRM Marketing Specialist to join our team! In this role, you'll manage and execute end-to-end digital marketing and event campaigns using CRM tools such as Salesforce Pardot, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics 365. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful, data-driven campaigns that engage our audience and drive measurable results.

What You'll Do :

Plan, manage, and optimize eDM and event campaigns from concept to completion.

Partner with internal stakeholders to define campaign requirements, create briefs, and design customer journeys.

Handle all CRM setup tasks, including :

Audience segmentation and list extraction

Data upload, list maintenance, and governance

Develop campaign content such as emails, event pages, and web forms.

Generate tracking codes to monitor lead generation and campaign effectiveness.

Schedule and deploy campaigns, including confirmation and follow-up communications.

Maintain campaign data accuracy and manage lead creation for events and webinars.

Track campaign analytics, report performance, and share insights with key stakeholders.

What We're Looking For :

2+ years of experience in marketing operations, creative production, or digital campaign execution

Strong understanding of email marketing and CRM automation tools (Salesforce Pardot, HubSpot CRM, or Microsoft Dynamics 365)

Basic knowledge of HTML for email customization and formatting

Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns at once

Strong communication and collaboration skills
