- This role exists to make AI commercially useful not impressive on LinkedIn.
The Role (Read This Twice)
- You are not an AI enthusiast. You are not here to demo tools.
- You are here to design deploy and operationalise GenAI systems that materially improve:
- Lead generation
- Conversion
- Research velocity
- Content scale
- Internal productivity
- You will sit at the intersection of strategy execution and automation.
What Youll Actually Do
- AI Strategy & System Design
- Design Livitis end-to-end GenAI strategy across:
- Marketing
- Content
- Sales enablement
- Research & insights
- Internal ops
Identify where AI should:
- Replace manual effort
- Augment human judgment
- Create leverage at scale
- Define clear use cases tied to revenue speed or margin
- Marketing Content & Growth
- Build AI-powered systems for:
- Content ideation scripting repurposing
- SEO research and long-form content production
- Social hooks ads and landing page copy
- Create AI workflows that turn:
- Founder IP multi-channel content
- Market data investor education assets
- Work closely with Creative & Growth teams to ensure AI outputs are:
- On-brand
- Compliant
- Conversion-focused
- Research Insights & Decision Support
- Use GenAI for:
- Market and suburb research
- Policy and macro trend analysis
- Consumer objection mining
- Build AI-assisted insight frameworks that improve:
- Investment narratives
- Sales conversations
- Product positioning
- Automation & Internal Leverage
- Design AI agents and workflows to support:
- Sales teams
- Client onboarding
- Internal documentation
- Training and enablement
- Reduce dependency on headcount growth through smart automation
- Work with existing tech stack (CRM marketing tools data sources)

- You are not outsourcing thinking to ChatGPT
- You are not shipping AI outputs without human logic and checks
Requirements
Success Metrics (No Vanity KPIs)
- Reduction in time-to-output (content research insights)
- Improvement in lead quality and conversion rates
- Cost savings via automation
- Adoption of AI systems by internal teams
- Clear documented AI playbooks that scale
Youre a Fit If:
- Youve applied GenAI in real commercial environments not just theory

Experience & Capability Requirements
- 48 years in strategy growth ops or product roles
- Hands-on experience with:
- GenAI tools (LLMs agents automation platforms)
- Prompt engineering and workflow design
- Strong understanding of:
- Marketing funnels
- Content strategy
- Data-driven decision making
- Experience in finance property SaaS or consulting is a major advantage
