A sales compensation analyst at ClickUp is responsible for analyzing, implementing, and executing sales compensation plans. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the success of our sales team by accurately and effectively measuring performance and incentivizing results.

By joining our team as a sales compensation analyst, you will have the opportunity to drive the success of our sales organization through your expertise in designing and managing effective compensation plans.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in finance, mathematics, or a related field
• 1 to 3 years of proven experience as a compensation analyst or similar role
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools, experience with CaptivateIQ is a plus
• Familiarity with sales compensation best practices
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
