Key Responsibilities :
- Direct and coordinate all hotel departments, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Maintenance
- Maintain superior standards of cleanliness, service quality, and guest hospitality throughout the property
- Develop and manage budgets, control operating costs, and track financial outcomes
- Recruit, train, and assess team members while promoting a positive, collaborative workplace culture
- Address guest concerns promptly and professionally to ensure total satisfaction
- Ensure adherence to all health, safety, and legal requirements
