Educational Requirement : Bachelor’s degree related to the position
Work Experience : 2-3 years of account management
The LC Relations Officer provides direct support and relationship management to assigned Loan Consultants. The role focuses on daily coordination, monitoring of account submissions, and ensuring LC productivity and engagement in line with sales targets.
Key Responsibilities :
Manages and supervises Trade Relations Associates to achieve targets and directives through the following activities :
Relationship Management
Serve as the main contact point for assigned Trade Relations Associates.
Provide guidance and assistance in loan processing, documentation, and system usage.
Build and maintain strong professional relationships to ensure LC satisfaction and retention.
Operational Support and Monitoring
Ensure all LC activities comply with company policies and loan standards.
Maintain updated records and reports for performance tracking.
Communication and Coordination
Disseminate product updates, policy changes, and promotional campaigns to LCs.
Collect feedback and relay insights to management for service improvement.
Support logistics and execution during LC training and engagement events.
Performance Improvement Support
Identify non-performing LCs and assist in implementing corrective measures.
Support the Senior LCRO in mentoring new or struggling LCs.
Assist in monitoring LC incentive programs and reward eligibility.
