Job descriptionDevelop and implement comprehensive lead generation strategies Identify new market opportunities and target audiences Create and optimize sales funnels Analyze market trends and competitor activities Track and report on key performance metrics Design and create professional marketing collateral (brochures, presentations, one-pagers) Develop compelling copy for various marketing channels Ensure brand consistency across all materials Create email marketing campaigns Develop and execute social media marketing strategies Create engaging content for social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.) Design graphics and visual content for social posts Manage social media calendars and posting schedules Monitor engagement and adjust strategies accordingly Proven track record in sales with demonstrable closing success Experience in B2B or B2C sales and lead generation Strong marketing background with portfolio of created materials Proficiency in social media marketing and content creation Excellent communication and presentation skills Self-motivated with ability to work independently Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities Proficiency in CRM software and marketing tools Knowledge of digital marketing and SEO principles Familiarity with marketing automation platforms Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field A collaborative and supportive work environment that values creativity and initiative. YOUR ROLE AS SALES AND MARKETING OFFICER
We're looking for a versatile professional who excels at both sales execution and marketing strategy. This role requires someone who can close deals, generate leads, and create engaging marketing materials that drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Sales
- Conduct outbound sales calls and actively prospect new business opportunities
- Lead sales presentations and product demonstrations
- Close deals and consistently meet or exceed sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead to close
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements
