We use MySigrid, our proprietary Collaboration & Task Management Platform, to solve tasks efficiently and collectively - improving quality, reducing human error, and increasing speed.
YOUR ROLE AS SALES AND MARKETING OFFICER
We're looking for a versatile professional who excels at both sales execution and marketing strategy. This role requires someone who can close deals, generate leads, and create engaging marketing materials that drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Sales
- Conduct outbound sales calls and actively prospect new business opportunities
- Lead sales presentations and product demonstrations
- Close deals and consistently meet or exceed sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead to close
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements
Lead Generation & Strategy
Develop and implement comprehensive lead generation strategiesIdentify new market opportunities and target audiencesCreate and optimize sales funnelsAnalyze market trends and competitor activitiesTrack and report on key performance metricsMarketing Materials
Design and create professional marketing collateral (brochures, presentations, one-pagers)Develop compelling copy for various marketing channelsEnsure brand consistency across all materialsCreate email marketing campaignsSocial Media Marketing
Develop and execute social media marketing strategiesCreate engaging content for social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.)Design graphics and visual content for social postsManage social media calendars and posting schedulesMonitor engagement and adjust strategies accordinglyRequirements
Proven track record in sales with demonstrable closing successExperience in B2B or B2C sales and lead generationStrong marketing background with portfolio of created materialsProficiency in social media marketing and content creationExcellent communication and presentation skillsSelf-motivated with ability to work independentlyStrong analytical and strategic thinking abilitiesProficiency in CRM software and marketing toolsPreferred Qualifications
