LEADERSHIP DUTIES

  • Guide, mentor, and provide leadership and motivation to foster the agency’s standards of excellence servicing clients.
  • Independently able to drive smart thinking and sound decisions.
  • Thoroughly check the work of subordinates and give clear and actionable feedback.
  • Actively address concerns raised by the team and concretely create solutions.
  • Gives prompt feedback when needed, and can receive feedback gracefully as well.
  • Present for the team when needed, always has the team's back.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

  • Ensure the timely and successful implementation of the company’s projects and accounts.
  • Monitor project deliverables and timelines, ensuring they are delivered on time, and client is updated accordingly in case of any unavoidable delays.
  • Provide guidance, troubleshoot, and initiate solutions for major project challenges.
  • Monitor projects to ensure they stay within budget and help procure necessary budget as needed.
  • CLIENT‑SERVICING AND STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT

  • Establish, manage, and maintain healthy business relationships of team with new and existing clients.
  • Identify, understand, and define the client’s objectives and needs, and translate these requirements into a proper brief for internal cascade.
  • Ensure timely and accurate creation of Cost Estimates.
  • Monitor and ensure the welfare and health of accounts.
  • Ensure swift response to internal teams, clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
